Seven years on from our initial launch of Body and Soul Sports activities and I am delighted with the innovative developments we have made at the SAS Martial Arts Academy (visit website here).

These alone have benefited our children, young persons and adults.

We do not take our deliveries (classes/courses) or our position as leading provider for PAYP Activities (Positive Activities for Young People) for granted; currently providing for seven London boroughs.

As one of the original providers of PAYP , our ongoing mission is to set the standard for premier service that puts us head and shoulders above the rest. With that in mind we have invested heavily in the branding and marketing for the ‘Activities’, allowing us to reach out to more young persons who may benefit from our deliveries.

If you think playing a Sil Lim Tao in front of the mirror is bad, imagine playing it in front of the Prime Minister, Gordon Brown; in the Gardens of No.10 of all places. South Grove Primary school in Leyton and SAS placed a funding bid with the British Heart Foundation. We were one of the runners up, out of 600 applicants.

The Prime Minister congratulated the winners of the National Health for Kids Awards for their great contribution to children’s health and wellbeing. It’s great to see how our class structure is helping change young peoples’ lives.
